The cleanliness of certain areas fell short—it took three trips to the front desk to obtain properly sized sheets for the bed, and there were issues with a dirty remote in the room.

Upon entering, I was greeted by warm smiles from the staff. The spacious suite was clean, and the full refrigerator was a bonus for storing snacks. The hotel's location allowed easy exploration of Austin without the hassle of major highways.

However, our experience was slightly overshadowed by the breakfast area being too warm and the tub in our room showing signs of wear. It felt like a small drawback in an otherwise lovely stay.

The Queen Suite was pretty spacious and clean, which was a plus. The layout felt a bit off, and the bed could’ve been more comfortable. The best part was the staff. they were super nice and made you feel welcome right from check-in. Hot coffee available 24/7 was great too, especially in the mornings. Just wish the breakfast had more options and was replenished better. Overall, not a bad stay but a few details could use improvement.
